Our Services enable you to search Our website for calling card products that interests you, compare calling card rates and purchase calling card products on-line. This Agreement applies to all of the Services unless otherwise indicated.

By accepting these terms and conditions of "CallingCard.us",you expressly consent to certain disclosure of your personal information to the third parties, and to use of your information by us and the third party. You also agree to abide by any policies posted on CallingCard.us.

You must be at least eighteen(18) years old to have our permission to register for the services provided in the CallingCard.us website. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors under 18 years of age.

In consideration of use of our services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current information about yourself. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate or  not complete, CallingCard.us has a right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website. We also reserve the right to terminate your account at any time. We will attempt to confirm the information that you provide to CallingCard.us during registration. 

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the CallingCard.us website.  The products obtained through the use of website may or may not carry warranties from the manufacturers of those products. If such warranties exists, they are the only warranties applicable to such products.

The risk of loss of PREPAID CALLING CARDS (PINS) purchased through this website shall pass to the customer immediately upon purchase and customer shall assume all risk of loss. CallingCard.us shall not be obligated to provide CREDITS or REFUNDS of any amount for lost or stolen pins, misused pins, or for PINS that have unused or expired minutes

Customer Verification.
Your first order has to be approved by CallingCard.us representative. You will be contacted shortly after the order was placed to verify validity of information. Once your first order is approved, all following orders are delivered to you automatically.To expedite your order you can call (888) 863-5676.

Our Return Policy.
Once the PIN number was delivered to the customer, the sale is final. The PIN cannot be returned. If you have a problem with the connection or the charges, call the customer service number listed on any card info page.
If you lost your PIN number, call us and we will give it to you again.
CallingCard.us doesn't have control over the connection and the rates of the phone cards we sell. We do the best we can to find the cards with the best rates for the countries our customers use most. We do not manufacture the cards, we only resell them.

Only Personal Use is Authorized
Under this Agreement, CallingCard.us gives you permission to access and use the Services for your personal use, and to copy, distribute and transmit the content of the Services only to the extent that such copying, distribution, and transmission is automatically done through your browser software incidentally to using the Services for your personal use. You may also print a copy of the information displayed on the Services for your personal use. That means, that except as set forth above, You may not modify, reformat, copy, display, distribute, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products, or service obtained by your use of the Services. This restriction means, among other things, that you may not mirror on your own Web site any portion of the Services or display through your own Web site any results pages or other information from the Services without CallingCard.us's express permission.

The technology underlying, and content within, the Services is owned by CallingCard.us and/or its licensors (including CallingCard.us's advertisers and other content providers). and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights. If you use the Services CallingCard.us site, other than as provided above, you may violate copyright and other laws of the United States, other countries, as well as applicable state laws and may be subject to penalties. That would not be a good thing. As between you and CallingCard.us, CallingCard.us owns and retains all ownership of the technology underlying and content within the Services, and reserves all rights not explicitly granted to you in this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, CallingCard.us disclaims any warranties,express or implied including any warranties of Title,Non-infringement,Merchantability or Fitness for a particular purpose.

CallingCard.us's Potential Liability for the Services is Limited
Neither CallingCard.us officers, Directors, Agents, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Employees, Successors, Assignees, Content provider or Service provider will be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequencial damages arising out of these services provided by CallingCard.us.

The Terms And Conditions stated above by CallingCard.us shall be governed in all respects by the Laws of the State Of CA
